What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is the most immediate tool for changing beliefs and or behaviors.
Through hypnosis we can directly access the subconscious mind allowing near immediate shifts.
Clients reach goals at an exponentially faster pace. Most clients reach individual goals in just 5-6 weekly sessions.
Replace Limiting Beliefs
What if the real problem isn’t your motivation… it’s a belief running in the background?
Many of the choices you make come from subconscious beliefs you don’t even realize are there. At some point, your mind formed an idea about who you are or what’s possible for you. Those beliefs quietly shape how you react, what you try, and even what you avoid.
With hypnosis, we work directly with the subconscious mind where those beliefs live. When an old belief is replaced with one that supports the life you want, things that once felt hard can start to feel natural—like following through on goals, trusting yourself, and responding to challenges with more confidence.
Overcome Fears
What if the fear you feel isn’t something you have to live with forever?
Many fears start as a protective response in the subconscious mind. At some point, your mind learned that something was unsafe, and it continues to trigger that reaction even when the situation isn’t truly a threat anymore.
With hypnosis, we work with the subconscious mind to change how it responds to that trigger. As the response shifts, many people notice they feel calmer, more in control, and able to move through situations that once brought up fear or anxiety.
Weight Loss
If weight loss were only about willpower, far more people would succeed at it. Eating patterns are often guided by the subconscious mind. Habits like emotional eating, late-night snacking, or reaching for comfort foods can become automatic responses to stress, boredom, routine, or even as a protective measure. With hypnosis, we work with the subconscious patterns behind those behaviors. As those patterns shift, many people find it easier to make healthier choices, feel satisfied with less food, and build habits that support long-term weight loss.
Habit Changes
Changing a habit shouldn’t feel like a constant battle with yourself.
Habits are learned patterns stored in the subconscious mind. That’s why simply trying harder or relying on willpower often doesn’t last. Even when you want to change, your mind can keep pulling you back to the same familiar behavior.
Hypnosis works by helping the subconscious mind learn a new pattern. When that shift happens, many people find it becomes easier to make healthier choices, stay consistent, and replace old habits with ones that actually support the life they want.Confidence/Self-Esteem
Confidence isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something your mind learns, or probably more accurately, unlearns. Then eventually you realize you need to re-learn it.
Self-esteem is shaped by the beliefs your subconscious mind holds about who you are and what you’re capable of. When those beliefs lean negative, it can show up as self-doubt, overthinking, hesitation, or feeling like you’re not quite good enough.
With hypnosis, we work with the subconscious mind to update those patterns. As new, supportive beliefs take hold, many people begin to trust themselves more, speak up more easily, and move through life with a stronger sense of confidence.
Smoking/Vaping Cessation
Quitting smoking or vaping isn’t just about breaking a nicotine habit.
Over time, smoking or vaping becomes tied to routines and emotions, like stress, driving, taking a break, or finishing a meal. These patterns get stored in the subconscious mind, which is why cravings can show up automatically even when you truly want to quit.
With hypnosis, we work with the subconscious mind to change those patterns and how your mind responds to them. As those connections shift, many people find the urge to smoke or vape becomes weaker, and it feels easier to move forward as a non-smoker.
