About

Tell me if this sounds familiar...

You’re bouncing between business calls and school drop-offs, answering emails while prepping dinner, and somehow, in the chaos, there’s that familiar whisper.

You’re not doing enough.

You’re not getting it right.

You’re falling behind.

You love the flexibility of running your business, but let’s be real—some days, it feels like you’re spinning in a hundred directions.

You’re ambitious. You have big dreams. But between the to-do lists, family commitments, and growing your business, it’s easy to feel stretched thin. And in the back of your mind, there’s that nagging question: Am I doing enough?

But what if, instead of feeling like you’re just keeping up, you had a clear path forward? What if you had a strategy that worked with your life—not against it?

Picture this: stepping into each day with focus and confidence, knowing exactly where to put your energy to see real progress—without sacrificing time for what matters most.

Because success isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters. It’s about shifting from overwhelm to momentum, from second-guessing to owning your power as both a mom and a business owner.

That shift? It starts here. Let’s build a business that works for you. Ready to take that next step?

You don’t need another to-do list or morning routine. You need to become the person who follows through—without forcing it. That’s exactly what we do together.

Thank you, Cheryl S.

“There is no better person to do life coaching because Heather is so in tune with finding your true self, and taking time to help others discover it in themselves!”

My Story

I can still hear the gravel crunching under my boots, the weight of my rucksack pressing into my shoulders as I stood in formation, heart pounding.

We were only a few weeks into basic training, and I was still figuring out where I fit in. The goal was simple: blend in. Do my part. Don’t stand out too much.

Then, out of nowhere, my drill sergeant called my name.

“March the platoon back.”

I froze.

Forty soldiers, all waiting. All looking at me.

I had no idea what I was doing. I wasn’t a leader. I had never seen myself as one. I had two left feet, an intense fear of public speaking, and no business being up front. But in the military, hesitation isn’t an option. You don’t get to raise your hand and say, “Actually, sir, I’d rather not.”

So I swallowed my panic, stepped forward, and did my best. It was messy. My voice shook. I stumbled through the cadence. But we made it back.

Relief hit me like a wave. It was over.

Until the next day, when I was called up again. And the next. And the next. Until it became clear—I hadn’t just been picked at random. I was the leader.

And I hated it.

Not because I didn’t want to do well, but because I was sure it was a mistake. Every time I stood in front of my platoon, I waited for my drill sergeant to realize I wasn’t good enough. That I wasn’t strong enough. That someone else deserved this role more than me.

That moment never came.

Instead, I finished basic training still leading, still standing at the front. And even then, I told myself I had just gotten lucky. That somehow, I had slipped through the cracks, fooling everyone around me into believing I was more capable than I really was.

That feeling—of being the wrong person for the job, of waiting to be “found out”—didn’t stay behind in the Army. It followed me into my career, into promotions, into every leadership role I was given. It didn’t matter how many times I was chosen. I always thought, “They must have made a mistake.”

Sound familiar?

That’s the lie of imposter syndrome.

It convinces you that the evidence doesn’t count. That every person who has ever seen something in you is wrong. That you, somehow, are the one exception to the rule.

But what if they weren’t wrong?

What if the mistake wasn’t them choosing you—but you refusing to believe it?

That’s why I do what I do.

Because I see so many women—brilliant, capable, hardworking women—who feel the same way. Women building businesses, raising families, and chasing dreams, all while carrying this nagging feeling that they don’t quite belong at the table.

I help them break that cycle.

I help them see what’s already true—that they are enough, that they are capable, and that they don’t need anyone else’s permission to own their success.

And if that doubt is still whispering in your ear, telling you you’re not ready, not qualified, not enough—I want you to hear this loud and clear:

You wouldn’t be here if you weren’t meant to be.

Let’s prove that voice wrong together.

Who is Heather Jones?

This sweet lady is a New Yorker at heart, but these days she’s living in Alabama with her wonderful hubby and two gorgeous kiddos. She’s got a serious love for books, critters, and getting her creative juices flowin’. Speaking of juice, did I mention that Heather is a total baking and pastry arts pro? Yep, she studied that stuff early on and now her friends and fam get to reap the sweet, sweet rewards.

And get this: she’s a certified life coach! But her journey wasn’t a straight line. Nope, at 18, she joined the Army (thank you for your service, Heather!), where she met her future husband. After six years of serving her country, she left the military and pursued her passion for baking and pastry arts. Let me tell you, her cakes YUUUM!

But Heather didn’t stop there. She became an Etsy shop owner, which was cool, but it wasn’t her true calling. That’s when she found coaching – the perfect way to inspire and empower others. She’s a natural at it, and she loves nothing more than helping women build the business of their dreams while keeping a beautiful balance in all other areas of their lives.

Honestly, with Heather in your corner, you can do anything. So, if you’re looking for someone to guide you on your journey, Heather’s your gal. She’s got the experience, the skills, and the heart to help you reach your full potential. Let’s go!
